Saturday Dinner with the sisters

Like every Saturday, today is dinner with my two sisters and our parents.
"Au Menu" - Red lentil soup, 'brede chouchou' and  chop suey broccoli, cauliflower, 'sangcot', 'wood ears' or moukmee and chicken, fried veal Chinese  Hakka style.

After dinner we watched the first of the super chef series of this year.
