Recipe is for white sandwich loaf but I've added 2 chopped onions and I wanted to add some sesame seeds on top but popped them in too late.
11/3 cups water, 2 tablespoons oil, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 tablespoons sugar, 21/2 tablespoons powdered milk, 41/4 cups white flour, 11/2 teapoons yeast.
All ingredients are placed in the pan in the order given and the start button is pressed. The machine does the rest.
Today I watched webinar 11 of Malcolm Smith. It is really enriching and such a down to earth teaching.
